When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, phone number, email address, selected service and message to respond to your project request.

How inquiries are handled

Inquiries are stored in a private dashboard accessible to authorized staff. If notification services are enabled, your inquiry details are also sent to the configured business email recipient and text notification recipient. Our email provider and Twilio process this information to deliver those notifications.

Site protection

We use a session cookie for form protection and administrator sign-in. A one-way identifier derived from your network address is used to limit automated submissions and repeated login attempts. This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Embedded reviews

If an external review widget is enabled, it loads content from SociableKIT. That provider receives connection information such as your network address and browser details when the widget loads.
